Saw the best License Plate Tonight....

I was on my way into work going north on the Damn Ryan when this 07-08 Suburban passed me with the License Plate "TITHES" I don't know how they got that passed the censores but I was laughing my ass off!
Post up any good plates you have seen in the past lets see if we get some good ones.

they got it past the censors because they are religious people who give to their church, not dirty minded people (like IDK, maybe you) who immediately thought of a females anatomy

"A tithe (from Old English teogoţa "tenth") is a one-tenth part of something, paid as a (usually) voluntary contribution or as a tax or levy, usually to support a Jewish or Christian religious organization. Today, tithes (or tithing) are normally voluntary and paid in cash, cheques, or stocks, whereas historically tithes could be paid in kind, such as agricultural products. Several European countries operate a formal process linked to the tax system allowing some churches to assess tithes."

They may actually be anti-religious, and they're saying that the Suburban came from the money meant for the tithes.

Or, they're just showing that parishners where their tithe money went

I was thinking the exact same thing! Do you think the doormat on Rev Wrights 3 million dollar mansion has "TITHES" written on it?

Say what you want about the Catholic church, but at least their priests take a vow of poverty.

I *really* wanted STFU for my Porsche...but that got caught...they called me up and actually asked "what is STFU" I came up with some BS story on the spot about how ST stood for Stuttgart Germany (like on the Porsche badge) and FU was (some name I made up) the name of the Porsche plant the car was manufactured at. The dude said he's run this past the team and see what they said...but it didn't fly. I don't recall what I wound up getting since the car wasn't on the road long...it's still in storage now, 7 years later.

I have an idea for new plates for the SV I'm keeping to myself because I'm almost postive I can get them.

Trust me When I say there was nothing "Religious" about the vehicle or the person driving it.

Now that rocks!

I saw Jedi Knt or something similiar last year...I started taking photos of funny plates after I got my Nikon. Not very good shots as it's difficult to steer, shift, and point a 5lb camera one handed while zoomed in on a plate.

I was at a friends one time (I won't say who but you know who you are) Cross the street the license plate was CHTNWIF. Turns out she really was and husband snuck out, changed the plate and slapped em on her car.
