Scarification Body Modification *BLOOD*

Someone here was asking about my buddy in Norway who had scarification done on his arm. Well it's been about two years now and I finally managed to get an after shot out of him.

Some of it didn't really come out that well, but other parts imho look great. Anyone here had anything similar done? Discuss.

Agreed, although theres a surprising loss of density at the top. The sharper lines at the bottom came through much better.

Cripes that's some serious work!

The before, while gory, looks awesome!

The scarring looks a bit faded. I wonder if clothing polished down the scars some. I have scars on my legs that have been worn smooth from years of wearing jeans.

That skin heals so differently, it's hard to get an even scarification. I've seen hundreds of them and that one looks good. Has he considered having it tattoo'd? Or having the outline tattoo'd?

I can understand tatoo's but I think that is totally crazy and f*cked up, but to each his own. It's your body, do as you wish.

I love the before, but it can't last like that unfortunately. I bet his clothes screwed with his upper arm during the healing process and led to a large amount of the loss.

He hasn't, but I might suggest it to him. I've got a friend in Chicago who had her whole back done during winter, I haven't had a chance to go see the work yet though. She said theres not many decent artists around for this type of work.

This isn't much different than branding. It's all about whatever effect you are after.

From what I understand they just cut and peal. It's a pretty slow process, but if it's not near the spine there isn't a whole ton of pain.

Thanks for the update!
I'll stick to brandings, but the finished product looks great.

Wonder if Neosporin and coconut oil would've helped that heal better?
