That guy is amazing to watch. I actually watched most of it yesterday for the first time and its amazing to watch him play. Some of those puts he made were impressive to put it mildly.

Tiger is great. I can see the 9th hole of the south course of Torrey Pines Golf Course from my balcony at work and it was great having the U.S. Open on our back yard, so to speak. Tiger is such a phenomenal player. I can't wait to see him during the Buick Invitational next year, significantly cheaper to get tickets to that event than the U.S. Open, hehe.

I'm POed that Rocco didn't make his bird on 18 to take it away. He played out of his mind. What a MF show. Of course my DVR stopped recording after the drives on 18 so after watching everything I missed the last 15-20 minutes.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

It's rare that I actually "watch" golf...its often "on" in the background but I could not help but watch all Sun afternoon and again as much as was televised on Monday. They overplayed it a bit, but it was exciting as golf will ever be.

It was bizzarre wathcing golf at a bar but people here are really into it. It was fun.

All week long we could actually hear the crowd cheering from outside. That's how close we are to the golf course, literally a hop skip and a jump away.

Yeah, I actually enjoy watching golf normally, but this weekend was insane...back and forth between mediate and woods all weekend, and some insane shots by tiger when it counts the most to win. he is an amazing athlete.
