Does anyone know the street legal cc limit for any motorized 2 wheel vehicle?

I didn't phrase the question correctly... What's the minimum... There is a min. to the cc's you have to have for a 2 wheel vehicle to be street legal.

Reading half assed again

Mirrors and brakes lights along with a plate. Turn signals are not required since you can hand signal makes it street legal

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

I believe the split is 150cc. M class for 150+ L Class for less than 150cc.

Don't think there's any minimum since there are people with street legal 50's

It's not right. It's something like 50cc and below you can do with a D class, up to 125cc with an L class, and above that you need an M. I think I might be a tad off but I'm a heck of a lot closer than the originally stated wrong info.

I don't think you need even a L class for scooters 50 and below....I could be wrong though

Is it at the 51cc or higher that a vehicle is considered street legal or is it at 151cc and higher...

Lemme correct myself since im trying to do something else here

Class L is any motor driven cycle with less than 150 cc displacement
Class M is any motorcycle with 150 cc or greater displacement

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

M Class 150cc+
L Class <150cc

Scooter...
A motorize pedacycle is a motor-driven cycle with speeds attainable in one mile of 30mph or less.
Equipped with a motor that produces 2 brake horsepower or less.
If internal combustion engine is used, the displacement shall not exceed 50cc.
Power drive system shall not require operator to shift gears.

All four criteria must be met, otherwise it is a motor-driven cycle and an L class is required.

neither, anything with a motor that can get to speed, and meets safety requirements for lights and is titled for the road is legal. lots of 2stroke scooters are sub 50cc.

If I remember correctly ...

I think 150cc and under is a class "L" license ... and I don't think those are street legal. Anything over 150cc (class "M") is street legal ... I think ... don't hold me to that.

Insomniac thanks for the retarded red dots.

Ok after checking since I got the moment to read. any bike is legal on the road as long as it have the proper safety equipment along with the brake light, mirror only one needed, along with a plate and the proper Dl l or M

Actually, I just realized, aren't you a cop? Isn't it your job to know the law? Screwing up with simple traffic laws like this could lead to some serious problems you know...
