Is that going to be a double door or 7x8 overhead, facing the house?

Its a nice option. Also is the new garage larger?

Congrats.

Ken.

how thick is that concrete? Looks like a foot thick.

I wish i got a new garage. NOT FTW :*(

I also noticed I have power lines that are too close too. My thoughts of going with a 10 foot ceiling is out.

I hope, for your sake, it's at least a 2.5 car garage. I have barely a 2 car garage and every time I need to take the bike out, I have to play "musical vehicles" to get it out. It's a royal PITA. I won't make that mistake again next time I buy a house.

Dante: [to Randal] You never go ass-to-mouth!
Randal: [to Dante] Would you grow up!
Becky: [to Dante] OK, I'm only telling you this because we're friends, but sometimes, in the heat of the moment, it's forgivable to go ass-to-mouth.
Randal: [chuckling] Ha! I knew it.

The concrete inside the garage was cracked so back from the fire that it had to be replaced. Most of the garage around here were built years years ago tho everyone that has a new garage has the same huge step you see.

And yes its 2.5. I had to have it so i can get two suvs in there. But both the suvs and bikes fit with Tons of room on both sides and in the middle

What happened to the old garage?

I wish my garage would burn down. It's a good size but it's falling apart.
