...Greatest ...Fiancee ...EVAR

So my 30th is coming up and my fiancee surprised me this weekend with my birthday present. She signed me up for the Mario Andretti Racing School. They were out at Chicagoland Speedway this weekend. I got to burn through 8 laps at about 145mph. My top speed was 146.11. You are driving the car yourself, but you have to follow an instructor at about 4-6 lengths. (You're not allowed to pass your instructor) It was [email protected]#$ING AWESOME!!! HOO LEE SHIT is that a wild ride! I can't even fathom those guys doing this at 190-210mph in these turns. It was scary as hell the first couple laps.

This girl is a keeper man!

Here's the vid. I'm in the black car.

How much does that go for? It must feel pretty fast. I want to say a Indy car qualified at 225 mph there in 2006, nuts.

I think you get 6 laps for 400 or so. She got 2 extra laps so I think she said it was around $500

I was skeptical about not being able to go over 145 or 150, but once they throw your ass out on the track it felt like I was going way too fast, hahaha. I can't imagine the mental and physical stress of going 220mph out there. My mind was racing at 145mph, and there were hardly any other cars out there.

Link working yet?

Link works. Oh yeah, hell of alot different when you're in the car. I was as the the Indy Race last year there, they were a blur when passing the start/ finish line. Not only doing 200 mph but navigating traffic for 300 laps or so...

You owe your fiance one..
