Tornado vid from June 7th

Just got these in an Email today. I missed the whole show that day due to the AMA races at Road America. Wish I could have seen this live Enjoy.

That was the one about 3 miles from my house while I was in Wisconsin. Everybody was calling me asking me if my house was still there and the only thing I could say was, "I don't know, I'm shit-faced drunk at Road America!"

Seeing a tornado is a childhool dream.

I've caught brief glimps of a couple, but never staired one down like in the video.

Brianne panicks when you even mention a tornado...she knows as soon as I hear or feel one is near by, I'm heading out with the Nikon.

GKotli might remember I used to have dreams of being close enough to one to have the wind knocked out of me by the pressure difference....I think I want to be that close....

wow that is amazing video and I'd love to spend a summer with storm chasers in tornado alley. I've never actually seen a tornado other than video and pictures and just think it is a turly amazing thing if you ask me

The good old days. Free time to storm spot. Gas was cheap and you could afford to go drive around for 5 hours hoping to see something.

That tornado passed within about 3 blocks of my house, it took out the apartment buildings about a quarter mile from me just off of Sauk Trail, and also the car wash. Funny thing is I slept through the actually tornado
what kept waking me up was all the damn tornado sirens that went off for like 2 hours before the actual tornado hit. I work midnights that is how I slept through it LOL

I guess we are all in the same boat. I just hope the one I finally get to see is huge and stays on the ground for a while so I can get some pictures of me standing next to it, posing of course.

Some amazing video! Thats pretty brave to be standing out there recording it. Even if it is far away I would be running in the other direction.
