Ya, it looks like this system should be out of here by 5pm from what I'm looking at. Should be a pretty decent night. Maybe a bit cool?

Is it actually still raining for anyone? Radar looks like what's left is dying and there doesn't appear to be anything behind it.

Unless something comes up out of nowhere, or the cell down in Kankakee shoves north it should be clear skies in a few hours.

My fingers still hurt from riding in the hail on Sunday. Not to mention, my gloves are still soaked. Oh yeah, my pussy hurts too.

The current radar being pretty clear doesn't mean in any way that stuff won't develop later and make it a crappy night.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

IMHO I think you guys will be fine tonight. In fact, if I weren't working I'd be out riding with you.

The storms were supposed to develop with the unstable moist air rising on daytime convection. The cloud cover never left so it never got very warm (forecasted high was to be around 87, it is only 70 out), so there isn't anything to lift this air up to for thunderstorms to form.

In my humble opinion I don't think we'll see storms this evening. We may see some scattered drizzle, but that'll be it.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!
