WTF! Balut is # 1? I have eaten it so many times. That shit is good.

I am more disgusted with the rotted cheese with maggots crawling in it. Yuck!

Oh no way! I've gotten comfortable with squid and octopus sushi, cooked baby duck in a shell is a lil out there for me.

Do they just sell it on a regular menu?

Never had it in a restaurant in the states. You buy them raw, boil them up at home and eat it with salt and lime. Flips eat it with salt and vinegar. The best part is you crack open the egg and suck up the juice. It's like the best chicken soup ever. I'll call you over next time we eat it.

It depends how old the fetus is. 19 day old is the best and is exactly how the picture looks. You see head, feathers, crunchy bones and all. You can get them younger too where the fetus is less developed. I know you want to try some. This shit will make you strong and is better than viagra.

By raw you mean still incubating. You forget to cook that and you'll wake up one morning with a chick running around your kitchen.

Not necessarily. You assume the fetus is still alive in the egg. It is often refrigerated prior to shipping, meaning incubation ended and the fetus stopped developing and died. It's the only way to keep shelf life on balut.
