Wife B-day...need Help

I got one of those wife thingies and her b-day is coming up. I need some suggestions on what to get her and places to go to. Something unique would be cool. Who wants the same old dinner and flowers stuff anyhow..

she's a country girl, that's irish, and is normally out of control

ideas?

Irish and out of control, eh? Get her a bottle of Irish whiskey: it's a perfect fit.
hehe

Becky: [to Dante] OK, I'm only telling you this because we're friends, but sometimes, in the heat of the moment, it's forgivable to go ass-to-mouth.

circus de sol, get the vip tickets for 200 a pop. its worth it for the better seats, free booze, snacks, deserts, seperate lounge area, with private vip flush toliets. As far as the out of control part 90 percent of the people that were in the vip area were there celebrating someones birthday. The lady next to my girl was so drunk that she was picking up confetti off the ground and slowly throwing it down the back of the guy infront of hers shirt. Oh yeah your parking is crazy close to the entrance and is also free with vip tickets. Another tip even though the bartenders at the free bar in vip don't have out tip cups you can tip them. I asked on my first round at the bar if they are allowed to accept tips and was informed they could but were not allowed to have tip jars. Without the tip jars no one was tipping. I threw them a 5 for a bottle of beer and a glass of wine. My next time around the bartender remmbered me as soon as i steeped into line and waived me over like she had to tell me someone. After i walk around 10 people in the decently quick moving line she takes my order quickly and sends me on my way.

Like, "Ya know, I don't have as much hair on my head as I used to and I've put on a few pounds. I don't think I'll be able to score any higher than you at this point, so I figured I better buy you something nice from Tiffany's"

Is that good?

Good idea, but she either loses or breaks (I don't know how you break a diamond) the expensive stuff and likes all that gawdy stuff that looks like those big candy rings you give a kid.

They are called COCKTAIL RINGS. And Tiffany's has a nice line of them, by the way

But anyway, my point is just say something meaningful to her-- and then whatever you do get her will make her happy. Girls like to hear stuff like Ya know, I don't have as much hair on my head as I used to and I've put on a few pounds and you still are with me and every day I wake up thanking god that I have you in my life because I love you more than anything, my darling. And although it doesn't come near showing you how much I love you, here's a Tiffany's cocktail ring for you to enjoy"

On another note, I would LOVE if my guy bought me something I would never buy myself. Like some designer clothes or jeans or something. Tiffany's is nice and all, but I'd totally give head for a pair of Joe's Jeans or a Michael Kors suit.

What about setting up a cooking class together? Or take a class in pottery, or an art class? Go to a museum or the aquarium. Take a long walk down lake shore, have dinner at a tapas place, and then get an ice cream. Recreate your first date? Or repeat the date when you proposed?

Wow, it sounds like you two have done it all....

I was originally going to suggest a nice horseback ride through the country, but you just did that... Jewelry seems to break in her hands, so that's out... and Cirque du Soleil rocks her to sleep...

So... how about a comedy show, a meal at a place she's never tried before. May I suggest Zocalo in Chicago? They have a HUGE selection of tequila, and it might just help bring out the wild side she already has! A nice carriage ride downtown and top it off with an overnight stay at a beautiful hotel with morning breakfast in bed....

Si?

The real art of conversation is not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.
