Serious Rain

Looks like we're about 1-2 hours way from being pounded with rain!

We've had quite a bit but pretty quiet the last couple of hours. So far the drainage is mostly keeping up. My sump is running pretty often and I have a little moisture around the sump. Later could get exciting since the ground is saturated.

Don't worry all. It will stop raining in time for work and then we will get hit with all the rain from Ike next weekend

I guess we really can't complain though. We could have the hurricane.

You wanna see my itinerary?

Dude, the stuff headed our direction are the squals of Ike shearing off and being thrown at us with an interesting change in direction due to the earlier system. We're going to get ultra-screwed in the moisture department.

Everyone Exaggerates

We're being taken for a ride... agaaaaaaain.....

It's almost here and looks pretty intense! 20-30 minutes.

Yep, Ike is approaching.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!
