Also, I have some outrageous high gloss oil paint that I can let go for cost if you're interested. It is for interior or exterior use and with a good foam roller (which I have as well) you can actually get a decent looking finish.

You're gonna need alot. I use 3 cans on a set of race skins. For that van you're gonna need at least 30.

what if you get one of those vacuum feed spray guns that come with a starter impact set and poor some thinned out flat black auto paint. you might even be able to get a cheap sprayer...

another option is...

think about it, they make black duct tape. It would also hide any rust.

You might be better off getting a spray gun and some real auto paint bro. You've got a big enough compressor to run it, and you can use it over and over to do your race skins and such.

It'll look better and cost almost the same, plus you'll have tool you can re-use when its all said and done.

I've got a Porter Cable Random Orbital you can use to sand the thing down.

You might want to get one of those trigger handles for the spray cans. It makes it a lot easier and your finger won't go numb.

Use a roller for the big places, and a spray can for the small hard to get spots. If you use rustoleum paint and primer it first, you can paint it for about $50, and it will stop rusting. And when you hit stuff, use a spray can for touch up. It will look awesome from 50 feet. I painted all my street stock cars this way. I'll even lend ya a hand next week.
