Nice. Which begs the question as to why I need to bail them out.

I've borrowed within my income limits, and paid off my mortgage. Why the heck should I be on the hook for the crooks and idiots that either stole their commissions or borrowed more than they could pay?

If this bailout goes through, the Govt should take ownership of every house they foreclose on, and charge the tenants market rent. The mortgage brokers and banks should be charged the full cost of the net loss, and if they can't pay, go to jail or something. These crooks and idiots should be left holding the bag, not the taxpayers.

Hmm...picture of Mccain in there as one of the "smart" guys. That's really lame and just goes to show you how really ignorant people are. He was co-sponsor of a bill that might have prevented this mess back in 2005. But EVERY single democrat voted against it. They SHOULD have put a picture of Chris Dodd in it. Since he IS chairman of the banking committee, highest donation recipient of fanny mae/mac and *dun dun dunnnn*...a democrat.

But this cartoon puts in a picture of Mccain. Just keep perpetuating lies and misinformation.

BTW, this isn't aimed at you Audiofyl. I'm just frustrated with the whole mess and to see that picture in there...
