After getting multiple ticket for over wieght he had to add a tag axle to his bike.

There's no way in hell he can really ride that bike on the street. The back tire would scrub so bad trying to turn it would probably dump the bike. You might mak a nice slow run down the strip with it draggin all that extra weight and you definently wouldn't have to worry about pulling the wheel up while launching.
