Knight Rider SUCKS!

I think a secret government agency fighting crime with unknown high tech weapons would be cool. But why make it unbelievabe. A car that can morph into a truck please! Think they ruined what could have been a good show.

Living life! Because before you know it it is over!

I watched 10 mins last week and it changed from a late model Cobra, to a a Cobra with a blower, and then into an F150???

And why is KITT such a wet towel over Michael...very negative and more big brother than a partner.

I will never waste another 10.

They probably opted for a car that is still being made to keep costs down.

Havent watched and never will, the original was just fine in the 80's doesnt need to be revisited. Ziva is back on NCIS, I'm happy

This show sucked. The movie last year wasn't too bad, and the car didn't look too bad. Now that it changes into a pickup, and get a big rice racer wing, and blue neon. What was NBC thinking.

Why not use the last TA or the new Camaro?
When I heard that KITT was going to be a Mustang I knew the show was going to be crap. Why mess with the original formula? I can't belive people actually get paid to come up with this crap. If you can't come up with a good idea to bring back a cool show don't make it. I will just stick to my favorite old shows on DVD.
They better not F up Magnum PI.

I came here to drink some beer and kick some ass. And it looks like we are all out of beer.

Actually it was a V6 base Mustang with GT500 body parts. Only 1 V-8 show car.

No reason they couldnt had used a Caddy XLR-V (leave the hardtop up so it looks like a coupe) or CTS-V (looks futuristic). Reason teh original KITT was so popular is was the new trans am just came out and it looked futuristic compared to other cars out in 82. Also there were not that many new trans ams out then either. The current mustang platform has been out since 04. They are everywhere.

BTW now you clowns know how I felt about Sci-Fi butchering Battlestar Galactica from the original. Instead of just continuing on from where the original left off, they wnt way offon a tangent and completely fucked up a great show.

i didn't watch this and won't, but i thought if they were even gonna attempt a new Knight rider either use a newer pontiac model or any year Trans am...i mean take the first model year and just make up some stupid back story...like, the guy who engineered this miracle car, put the shell of an old trans am on it, cause that is the car his dad used to drive(pause and cry for sentimental back story). something simple but it allows you to use a trans am still.

as for the reason the mustang being used because it is still in production, i buy that a little, but i don't think i'm the first to have heard of fiber glass kit cars and shells, they are cheap. Ford just paid alot to have them use fords in the show, that is all. just like GM did with he transformers movie.

Oh well its just gonna be another crappy show soon to be gone, but why screw it up that bad. It's like if they tried to use a trans am as the general lee in the dukes of hazard...it just ain't right.

Although I wasn't thinking about the Cesna, I was thinking about the show Airwolf. I got the theme to that running through my head right now.

your talking about some other show.

Knight rider is owned by a private "foundation" . And when kitt is broke, he is hooked up to a 6 foot tall scope. I remember seeing numerous scopes when they reveil Kitt having an evil brother.
