Dow and nasdac crashing

Dow down over 700 points
Nasdac down 177+ also

No one in congress liked the bill that was trying to be passed and all sorts of infighting and just crap by these people. No free money should be passed out and all companies getting this money should have to pay it back. And fuck those CEO's as they should eat a dick when it comes to getting a bonus if they caused their own companies downfall. This is a joke!

I can't believe there is no thread about this yet. I'm at dealer right now waiting on oil change and other stuff to get done to my xbox right now and fox news is on

...plus my gf was with me saying "omg slow down, slow down" and I was thinking "Lose annoying squalk box in passenger seat, afford more mods and have less weight in the car and on the back of the bike"...so i dumped her and I'm single again as usual...HERE KITTY KITTY!!!

And nearly every member of congress had their own little personal pet earmarks in the bill.

With the credit markets and economy in general on the brink, they still can't give up using taxpayer money to buy political favors with pork. Fuckin pathetic.

Well there's your problem right there. Watching Fox News for reliable information is like seeking love advice by reading fortune cookies. hehe

Boy, no political rhetoric here

I've not seen such unbiased coverage as is the norm on such channels as CNN and MSNBC

I can bite my tongue no longer. It's viewpoints just like this one that perpetuates the nonsense currently ongoing. If you think for a minute that any of this is single party related you're kidding yourself.

This partisan crap is all such a load of sheeit I can barely tolerate it any longer today. Big Tom is taking a short break from this nonsense. Ignorance isn't always bliss.

Hopefully all of this will result in higher quality poon on Mannheim.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

That's all great, but while the bailout would suck the results of not doing it are even worse. The credit markets are pretty much closed as of today. Banks are not loaning money to companies or individuals. Corporate America needs credit. Without you will see a lot of jobs being cut. It pisses me off that we have to bailout these morons, but the alternative is much worse. They did a very poor job educating the general public on why this bailout was needed. All the people bitching about not using their tax money for the bailout have no clue what they are talking about.
