Yakima WA

My dad just took a job in Yakima, WA. So, what this means:

+ Rick's days of hitting on my mom in the Jewel or at the gym are over
- No more free place to crash in Chicago
+ A lovely home in Barrington is about to go on the market
- I do not have $700k to buy the house from them
- This will be my last Christmas in that house
- I guess I'll be home for Thanksgiving, since it, too, will be my last there
+ I get a pseudo vacation home in the NW
+ Learning to ski is finally a viable financial option
+ I'll have a place to fly fish
+ Any of you crazies taking a bike trek out west will have a place to stop or store your stuff if things go awry

Rick's a high mileage rider, your mom's still not safe.

That statement doesn't sound as innocent as it was meant.
Mileage meaning motorcylce riding.

With the way the economy is offer them 300K for the house.

If that is the list price, you can take 15.9% ($111,000) off the top because on average, that is how much under list homes are selling for.

If you ain't with us, then it's just bad news.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!
