Hope LE doesn't confiscate all of your business machines as part of an investigation.

I'm dead serious about that.

This is the real reason you shouldn't be doing anything from a work machine.

+1 I did this back at Chase. My personal laptop NEVER touched Chase's network, so I was legally free to do whatever I wanted.

There are many phones nowadays, that can be tethered to laptops to do the same thing. You may want to look into that.

If they confiscate your work servers with your work data on it that are used to help run the business, you're pretty fucked along with everyone else.

Consider how a company operates without it's corporate servers. It's not about you, bonehead.

Gotcha. We would have trouble, but since we're in steel manufacturing and all of our blueprints are PRINTED, we could get by.

Thanks for looking out, I don't know any of the details of the criminal part, just heard that's what happened.

we just lost our smoking privelages at work cause too many people got busted smoking in the wrong places at the wrong times.

pisses me off. a 10 hour shift and i can have 2 cigarettes in that time. i'm not one to get pissy when i can't smoke, but i'm upset that somebody had to ruin it for the rest of us. how difficult is it to smoke in a designated area that's literally 20 feet from where you were standing. stupid...
