Thanks guys/gals! I can't wait to start looking for parts n such as needed and doing a little mod here and there

I def think shaving the seat will make a huge difference, I really only need about 2 inches or so..... Have a friend coming to help adjust the shocks as well.

It has an odd quirk here n there such as the checkerboard compact sized mirrors that gotta go and a slightly shortened brake lever.

Winter projects on the horizon......

Ditch the speakers, and go with bar end mirrors. I didn't realize it was a sssa, all pic must be taken from the "pretty side" so you know. Maybe think about ditching the big turn signals for something smaller and more fitting of the bike. Not sure if they make them for that bike, but bolt up some framesliders. Please don't take my ideas as criticism, it's a sweet ride just as it is.

Yeah the speakers are a wind sail from what I'm told as well as kinda ghetto. I'll probably pop them off and put them on the next cruiser.

I didn't ride it home (Rockford), but from what I'm told it rides great aside from the armor-all the guy put on the tires! Thank you again Mike for bringing her home for me through the wind gusts!

Shaving the seat will be first then adjusting the shocks, I'd rather not mess with the forks. Hopefully I can get this done today and take her out for a short blast before the rain.

Where can I find the bar end mirrors? I was on ebay and bikebandit last night looking at mirrors, grips, pegs, brake levers etc, so much to choose from and I have no clue what to get. Open to suggestions.

I must admit those red LED lights for underneath are really tempting.

The other side really isn't bad:

Ebay is a good place for bar end mirrors. If you like your brake levers and just want a different look, have Firebretha p-coat them for a fraction of the cost of repacement. Unless you totally hate them, keep the pegs and lose the pass pegs. I would keep the centerstand if I were you. It is great for oil changes, chain lube, ect. I got rid of mine on my project bike because of the weight of it. But I weigh almost double what you do. That bike is clean, awesome find. Welcome to the cool kids club.

Def keeping the centerstand even though I can't get the hang of it yet lol...

IProblem w/the brake lever is it's sawed off so it's 1/2 the size and a lil awkward. I would feel more comfortable w/a reg sized brake lever. I do however think black would look great on the levers.

Def losing the passenger pegs, I can't see riding anyone 2 up anytime soon.

These ideas and advice are great, I can't thank u guys enough.

Off to Wallymart to buy a turkey knife and start the process....
