Big machine = fun!!

My friend needed someone to run his loader at his shop and spread out some new stone and crap..I love running big equipment.I gladly volunteered..

i miss the international truck i used to have at work. the freightliner i have now has a bunch of bells and whistles, but it doesn't have the personality.

I use to work at a Sand & Gravel quarry and we had those giant loaders all over. It was great when one of the mechanics was out, because I would become the "helper" mechanic, which means I got to drive them around. Unfortunately, that also meant I was the one that had to crawl in all the crevices of those and replace random lines that would blow

Oh yea i forgot to mention i was running this thing all day with no brakes. had to keep the bucket low and jack it in the ground to stop. or if i wasn't moving very fast just shift it into foward or reverse to stop. was still a fun time though, even though i had a couple scary moments, wondering if i was going to stop in time..
