I just sent an email off to a USMC Colonel friend of mine related to this issue.
Perhaps we can put together a track program for them and let them get the throttle joy in a far safer environment. I'd love to be a part of that.

Gonna get this started. I think it could make a significant difference, and the Marines would have a heck of a lot more fun.

And YES, it would be far cheaper for the Military (all branches) to give out free track days than to let these guys kill themselves on the street.
