How did everyone survive the storms?

Did everyone survive the storms OK yesterday? Watching CLTV and Weather Channel, I was concerned after hearing that the storms either hit or were moving to areas fellow CLSB members were located (Romeoville, Berkeley, Franklin Park...)

Weather wasn't THAT bad by us... Whole morning was dry and I even managed to bbq between storms in the afternoon.

Heard it got kind of hairy further south and west, tho.

It rained for a about 5 minutes once or twice by me in Romeoville. Nothing big and no high winds.

Rain ya, whatever, try having some lightening go off 30 feet from you stuck in bumper to bumper traffic, while getting pelted by rain drops the size of small waterballoons.
Think it was a message from god, damn near fell off the thing and it just stayed straight up.

Storms schmorms.

DanO, Shallcross and I got stuck in a tornado (literally) while out at MAM Saturday night.

Not fun, but our pits fared better than most...

I was pretty disappointed. I was hoping the skies would finally open up, watching the radar and it's always going around. I think it rained about 3 drops here.

Good. Glad to hear.
