why each year x-mas shopping is moved up

i just heard santa is at the water tower. for the last decade it seems like they move the x-mas shopping earlier and earlier. i thought it was to be after thanks giving and now i see adds before holloween. then we hear about how the stores are not making as much as before.... really i can't see how !!! when you spend more on adds and more on staff and more in cost of just running the place for the extra hours how can you not be making more. hell i buy my stuff online anyhow and save alot and i get to keep my self all zen

i want to drink, but only to kill a certain few brain cells and i don't care how many i have to take out to get to them.

I lubz this tune:

Oh the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful
And since we've no place to go
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping
And I've bought some corn for popping
The lights are turned way down low
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight
How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you'll really hold me tight
All the way home I'll be warm

The fire is slowly dying
And, my dear, we're still goodbying
But as long as you love me so
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

i LOVE black sunday. it gets ridiculous, but i always set it up so i work until 4 am and then go at it.

i LOVE going to the toy store to find stuff for my wonderful nephews and nieces, then pick myself up something ridiculous.

and of course, i LOOOOOOVE the 24 hour marathon...

Don't worry Tony, I'm sure they'll move to add a constitutional amendment banning this in California.

Dante: [to Randal] You never go ass-to-mouth!
Randal: [to Dante] Would you grow up!
Becky: [to Dante] OK, I'm only telling you this because we're friends, but sometimes, in the heat of the moment, it's forgivable to go ass-to-mouth.
Randal: [chuckling] Ha! I knew it.
