F-ck they got rid of one of the stations I listed to about 6 months back and now no more old school hip hop. Not happy I think I'm gonna drop my subscription when its up this winter.

they've replaced the Move channel 80 with Area33 from Sirius, this is a good deal if you're into this type of music. This with BPM on channel 81 is the combo I was hoping for. If you're into this type of music.

This is all on XM you're talking about right? On Sirius Area 33 turned into Area 38 a while ago. Today "The Beat" became "BPM" which I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not yet. Sounded similar. I forgot the name of this other station I had, but it became Pop2k today. Sounds similar to the last one though.

area33 was moved to channel 38, my point was that they added it to XM and got ride of The Move on 80 which sucked.

Did they add BPM to Sirus? I wish, BPM is quite good.

Yup, BPM has replaced The Beat. I really liked the beat a lot, so I hope BPM is just as quality.

If you like this genre look into channel 29 which is the "BBC Radio One" you should be getting that one as well. I believe it is grouped with the POP genre, but it plays mostly electronic style music. Listening to it right now through my XM online and it is banging as usual!!

Overall I like some of the new options.

I did notice 5 music channels on the new lineup that have commercials. Were these on XM or Sirius before? If not, this could be a bad sign!

They are:
11 "Nashville!" (Today's Country)
21 "KISS" (Top 40)
22 "Mix" (Variety/Adult Hits)
24 "The PINK Channel" (Adult Contemporary) &
161 "[email protected]" (Classic Rock)

Radio 1 is ok during the day. It's at night when the better dance music kicks in.

Just realized by playing around that when using my online player it plays whatever is on the SYSTEM when I click on RADIO 1 not what comes up on the description of RADIO 1. Also afternoon here is evening/night there isnt it (roughly 6hr difference?)
