I started at about that age and smoked until this past July. I'll bet most smokers start in High school you're still dumb enough to start then.

I started smoking when I was 16...smoked a pack and a half per day right up until this past February. Still have one, but very occasionally. If someone has them at a party, I may bum one if I'm buzzed enough.

Common sense isn't common. Smoking is a learned behavior, sometimes kids learn it from parents. Look at me, I went after my first cigarette in kindergarten. My first beer when I was 10. I was 13 when I learned how to drive a stick shift.

i started when i was 7 taken em from my mom, then buying em from the vending machines. iv quite a few times over the years.

i look at my daughter whos 10 now and im like WOW i was a evil little shit when i was a kid. lol

Willard: When I was home after my first tour, it was worse. I'd wake up and there'd be nothing. I hardly said a word to my wife, until I said "yes" to a divorce. When I was here, I wanted to be there; when I was there, all I could think of was getting back into the jungle.

I didn't start smoking until after high school. I managed to quit almost nine months ago, but there's not a day that goes by that I don't think about having a cigarette.

When the pepper spray runs out, can I have your number?

Same here. I smoke MAYBE once a couple of months now, IF THAT. I just up n' quit about 4 months ago. It's hard not to buy some though when heading to go drinkin' but if I don't buy em' I won't bum em'. I HATED when people would ask me for cigarettes. haha....

Gotta' start watching my health.

I know a bunch of high school kids who smoke (prolly smoking since Jr. High). One thinks he is a real bad ass. I've actually seen him bully little kids (like 10-12) and he is like 16. Whats up with kids these days.
