Anyone feeling patriotic today?

Got this in an e-mail from my dad today. I guess it's 5 girls aged 5-9 singing the national anthem at Texas Tech last winter. They sound pretty amazing, definatly worth a listen.

Oh, I also like the Star Spangled banner at the NHL all star game, in the Chicago Stadium, right after we went after Saddam in 1990 or 1991 the first time re: Kuwait.

Appears to be a group called "Cactus Cuties". Although it appears there is only 4 of them normally, so maybe the fifth girl was a guest? Quite a bit of talent for such a young age. Nice to just hear the anthem sung cleanly/simply, without improvised added notes up and down and without excessive vibrato on every long note. Here is another one of them singing amazing grace. For some reason, kinda reminds me of the little girls singing/dancing troup whatever it was in Donnie Darko!

Well it appears I am not smart enough to embed it, so here is the link:

I'd have to agree, that chit get's annoying after a while...or the holding of a long note for as long as they humanly can lol
