1/2 of a SQUID?

I don't get it... I just don't get it....

Last night at about 10 pm going east on Golf Road, by Woodfield Mall, there were about 6 or 7 bikers. A couple squids...... 1 was wearing CLUBBING SHOES, etc... etc..... (I'll hold my comments)

Ohhh hell, no I won't... DUDE!! What the hell were you thinking? You were sliding around like a dork, you were stopping traffic. I am sorry if it was someone on this board but I wanted to get out of the car and BITCH SLAP YOU. But that wasn't what got to me at 1st.

The thing that I don't get is:

How come 2 of the bikers were wearing full gear and the chicks sitting with them were not wearing anything?

I understand that IT"S A CHOICE TO WEAR A HELMET or NOT but should anything happen, how come the chicky's head is the one who is going to be smashed in?

If you feel so confident about your riding skills as to take a chick on the bike with you (have someone's life in your hands), why not give her the skull?

2 things....
1. what are clubbing shoes?
2. its likely that if the guys just picked up these random girls, they weren't too concerned with their safety. to tell you the truth, if i take a girl for a ride, i'll offer my helmet, but if she says no....then i'm gonna wear it!

Hmm if there is only one helmet, shouldnt the rider and not the passenger get to wear it? If something flies up into the face of the rider, that can cause a mistake and both people could end up getting hurt. The passenger, in most cases has the rider as a windscreen so to speak so that offers more protection. Overall the rider should have more protection than the passenger. Now for wearing club shoes... well thats a mistake.

More often than not, the rider will survive while the passenger is the one who gets flung off the bike.

Nothing wrong with shiny shoes, I wear some while riding but I get the ones with traction. The soles that are smooth are hard to stop with. Especially when you get oil on em

C'mon guys, we all know when out hunting or curb monkeys the first thing on our minds is not safety. Its allabout who gets the hottest bitch on the back of thier bike. We used to do that all time downtown when I was single. I remeber one night my buddy joe got this chic in a loose mini skirt, you never saw so many bikes in a pack right behind one guy all fighting for position waiting for him to hit a bump.

We were all young and dumb at one time in our lives. Now that were all old people and serious riders we all can preach and say we know better. But I gotta tell you, when I look back those were some of the most fun nights of my late teens early twenties time.

Im with Tony on this one...I never used to wear a helmet and all I was concerned about was picking up hot bitches. I never wore gear....usually not even a shirt(don't worry I was ripped back then).

Anyway, these chics were most likely just some hoes they were taking for a ride. If I had a helmet back then to offer I would havem but only because it might make me some points later on.

Honest but true....

They probably didn't want to mess up their hair. I can completely understand that. Why mess up the hair? I mean road rash goes great with highlights, don't you agree?

These motorcycles are supposed to help you get girls?? I think my bike has some kind of defect then. Suzuki must have forgot to mix in the "curb monkey attractor" with the clear coat.

I know I am no longer the sport bike rider, but I still have two wheel. Well, over the last month, I have found out that the future Mrs Robo74 really likes to ride. So in the few times she has been with me, I refuse to wear my helmet until I got one for her. Now she has her own, lets just see if we both can make a habbit of wearing them.

I'll have to agree with Tone. The question is if we don't preach to others, what happens when the ones that would have listened die before we give them the message? The Gospel applies here.

In Toledo, right about the beginning of June a guy tried to teach his girlfriend how to ride his R1 or GSX-R 1000 while a bunch of he and his friends were at a park. No one had gear on. The girl reved the bike, dumped the clutch, and slammed into a tree head first. It was her last attempt at anything.

Taborn

"For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.' The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Here is a glutton and a drunkard..."

The first turn is the worst turn, between the left ear and the right one.

Bwa and I got a car full of girls honking and other unmentionable things for us, wearing full gear including helmets on two separate occasions one night, go figure. Sometimes I wonder about women that do that for helmeted-riders, they have no clue what we look like.

I know when I have a girl on the back of my bike I am maybe over careful. This is not to justify, but the fact is that everyone who gets on a sportbike should have all the protective gear. Although I have to agree with some of the other post, I bought my first F2 because the ladies LOVED it! This type of riding will never go away!!!!

Note this post was not intended to say wearing gear is wrong or not.....

it's ap oint of a guy wearing full gear and the chick no gear. 1 it looks retarded and 2... a bit unfair.
