My mother in law came back last night... More correctly I picked her up in Portage from my father in law..

but I had my daughter in the car with me (I had taken her out to indiana with me to visit my dad who was doing an open house in munster.. figured it'd be dead and would be nice for him to see his granddaughter.. right?) -- ... She yelled at me and gave me the silent treatment from exit 22 on 94 in indiana (east side of portage) to my house (belmont - chicago) (50+ miles) because I took my daughter out with me.. nevermind the fact that I warmed the car up first, she was bundled up, never outside for over 20 seconds, I have a mirror in the back so i can see her in her car seat.. blah.
My daughter is not allowed to leave the house for any reason other than dr appointments per her.
Someone told this lady she is the supreme boss over all in our household... and for some reason my wife does not like me explaining otherwise to her.

I wonder if angry mother in law enjoyed the nin and metallica medley jack fm and q101 played on the way home?

needless to say.. i gotta fackin no monee from her yesterday

I don't get that.

The couple next to my folks (now empty) condo also have a similar situation. Their now 2year old is almost NEVER outside. And the wife almost never leaves the house.

I guess I don't understand what the fear is.

BTW: Happy New Year!

Craig
