the pics are old, i do remember it was bit crunchy. It sucks when you don't have the usual guy that cooks.

when I get italian beef, the spanish guy I know, would just a ton of meat on the bun. and makes gyros awesome too. grills the gyro meat just slighty to give it some crunch.
