post metallica concert

myself moparboyy and mm-racing went to the concert last night, anyone else go last night or the night before.

some random thoughts

-they played lots off of death magnetic
-the music was not as loud compared to the last time i saw them at the lstate
-saw a lot of younger kids, like 10-14
-crowd was kind of tame, maybe due to the younger and first time concert attendees.

How was mondays show?

I went last nite. It was my first Metallica concert and it was fucking awesome!!! Is it me or is every other person there thinks they're the lead singer for Metallica? =) Since I read that it was gonna be hot inside, I brought a bottle of water in. The cop at the door made me throw it away. Booo.... Other than that, excellent concert!

I went last night. Crowd was uber tame I was hoping for a big pit in the bottom but since they did the round stage they had very little room for floor space. I really liked the round stage it allowed for much better views from everywhere in the place.

Thought they needed to increase volume on the vocals.

Wished for more older music. Should have known though they would want to promote the new album. Good concert I'd definately go again.
