AHRMA Vintage Dirt Track

Flatt Track and TT classes will be racing at Kankakee County Fair Grounds on July 30th at 6 p.m.

Alot of pre-1974 machines will be racing at this event. They are pretty cool to watch and slurp a couple of beers down. I thought some of the older more wise ladies and gentlemen may be interested in this event.

Seriously, flat track racing ROCKS! Too bad it's on a "school night"

Hey, I know it ROCKS. But alot of the people on this site have never seen it so they dont give it the respect it deserves.

I knew you would respond to this

I used to watch it at Santa Fe Raceway in Willow Springs when the track was still there. Yes, it does rock. It looks a lot harder when you see it in person. I don't think you have to be old to appreciate the talent (guts) required to race some of that old technology. I think I might go. If anyone else goes, let me know. We can stop by my hanger across the street.
