I'm guessing a weak attempt at satire.
MN law clearly states the passenger must be able to rest thier feet on the passenger foot rests.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

I like how after a cut, he is gearing up with the bike in the background and no baby seat attached, then *pooff* it cuts back to the bike after he is geared up and teh car seat base is attached again.

And can we blame just this guy...that lady just handed the baby off like she don't care...lol

Well here's 2 things... one the baby was never buckled into the car seat. and 2 I noticed when he rode off all i can see is the color of the car seat... the kid was wearing a white shirt and I didnt see it being white inside. So it
