MTV Real World Casting...

Real World Open Casting
When: Sat., March 7, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Phone: 310-248-6177

bunim-murray.com

Casting directors for MTV's Real World are auditioning applicants aged 18 and 24 for the show's 23rd season. In order to reflect the diversity of the general population, they're especially looking for people who are physically challenged, struggling with weight issues, coming out of the foster care system, trying to become U.S. citizens, or grieving the loss of a spouse or significant other but although these qualities may give applicants an advantage, they're not required. Bring a recent picture, which will not be returned, and a photo ID. For those who can't make it in person, applications are also being accepted via e-mail, snail mail, and video upload.

The right way is not always the popular and easy way. Standing for right when it is unpopular is a true test of moral character

Fuck MTV, it's ruining America. Exploiting people and their problems, what's wrong with the world?

Yea ... let's "pretend". hehe

Dante: [to Randal] You never go ass-to-mouth!
Randal: [to Dante] Would you grow up!
Becky: [to Dante] OK, I'm only telling you this because we're friends, but sometimes, in the heat of the moment, it's forgivable to go ass-to-mouth.
Randal: [chuckling] Ha! I knew it.

I'm sure MTV compensates them well for their time.

I have heard from good sources that MTV is very cheap when it comes to pay. I heard they get 1k a week, granted that seem like a lot, but not in actor dollars.

It seems most of them are either A. Post-college grads or B. taking a semester off or so for it. Trust me on this. The world is not made up of people who just graduate and go directly to work like every other conservative person. There is a all culture of nomads WITH college degree's. My sister for example; Has a B.S. Industrial Engineering, she travels the world working oddjobs, bartending in New Zealand, spending weeks in Europe at times, now she is working cruiselines as a kids director in the Caribbean's. I could take a whole year off for sure and live to do this stuff. Work a year being a boilermaker, make 80k then take another year off traveling etc.. easy as that.

The maturity levels on here is almost amazing at times. I post a comment about how it is people do this that aren't exactly the stereo-typical lazy bums that are just free lancing. In return, I get a personally scrutinized for something that is completely irrelevant to anything in the subject we are talking about. Seems to make sense. In the context you(ill,ag) wrote it was to defame my name to others who are not aware of what I said in other posts. Which, once again, was irrelevant to anything we are talking about. I'm not quite sure what the issue is at hand with you on a personal level but please let me know.

It was a joke dude. Lighten up. We ALL make comments in one post, and then contradict ourselves in another. It happens. It's funny.

I would take it as a compliment that someone remembers who you are and can put a story to a name. There's a lot of members here.

Well if you don't want your personal stuff talked about, don't post it. At any given moment, 50% of clsb members are drunk (it's a fact, ask Ken) and therefore are likely to say something you don't like.
If you don't want that thing you don't like to be about you, don't share anything about yourself.

No offense, just personal experience.
