Another. What were your fav Cartoons

My other thread got me thinking. What are your favorite cartoons?

I like "Hong Kong Phooey"

Thunder Cats

Voltron, rocked!

There was another. I thought it was Laugh Olympics. It was a cartoon with all the Hanna Barbera characters. They competed in travel or events as I recall. Anyone help me find this one?

What else was good that I'm forgetting?

Now I must Bash Reagan.

He ruined Cartoons by deregulating things. Cartoons became a commercial for the toy they were selling. GiJoe, Transformers, Etc..

Real cartoons were not commercials for crap.

Oh...now I'm showing my age .....
Looney Tunes...the theatrical ones from the '40's that they ran on TV when I was a kid, especially Bugs.

Crusader Rabbit (never seen because they're in black & white. Same people who did Rocky & Bullwinkle)

Tom Terrific & Winky Dink (also in B&W. Both very obscure for those much younger than I, but for Winky you'd buy this plastic screen and draw things on the TV with crayons to help him in his fight against the villians... poor kids like my brother & I used Saran Wrap...talk about where interactive TV began)

Clutch Cargo (with his pals Spinner and Paddlefoot)

Quick Draw McGraw ("El Kabong!")

Rocky & Bullwinkle

Yeah...I know I'm old...but old beats the alternative!

"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!

If you want to anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal all one must do is tell the truth!
