Allergies!!

So...please tell me other people are suffering as bad as I am right now. MAN...my throat feels like it's swollen shut! itchy eyes...nasal congestion...Kill me now!! My head doesn't even feel clear enough to ride today. How lame is that???
Just a side note: can't take anything because I am still nursing my baby!

Isn't it the freakin' weekend yet???

Ugh... I can feel it coming... during the spring/ summer I have to take Zyrtec D everyday.

I don't know what kinda home remedies there are for allergies, have to look some up.
I am sure there are people suffering though.

Bikes can be replaced...people can't...ride safe!!

I started getting pretty bad this week too. I usually have one bad week and am fine for the rest of the year though. That sucks to hear about the breastfeeding, post pics, that will help with the decongestion.

Sudafed Red box can be taken when breastfeeding, or at least 12 years ago it was acceptable

Allegra works wonders for me!

The right way is not always the popular and easy way. Standing for right when it is unpopular is a true test of moral character

I feel your pain. I get mine in the fall.

I came here to drink some beer and kick some ass. And it looks like we are all out of beer.

eye wash, and saline nasal spray. Both will flush out the allergens. Also I use these throat warming drops by Smith Brothers. They are called warm apple pie, they have little cinnamon beads in them. Hope you feel better.

I don't ride, I cook!

Singulair 10 mg daily is actually baby safe and you only take it once a day. If you want a nasal spray, you can use rhinocrt 2 sprays to each nostril up to twice a day. You'll need a prescription for both. Trust me, my allergies started acting up last week and it's the only 2 I can take while I'm preggers that's truly effective and doesn't knock me out.

Thanks...I need to pick up some eye drops and I use the saline nasal spray. That does work good. I guess taking anything to dry you up also decreases milk supply...can't do that to my little girl!

Isn't it the freakin' weekend yet???
