I have a hook up for a Fox & Hunt Club called Derbyshire in North Carolina. Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, it would be ideal for sportbike riders, cruisers, and horseback riders alike...

Ding me if anyone wants the hook up, a friend of mine is funding it, and they are priced aggressively now based on market conditions.

Beachside in Colorado? - Hmmm - My Brother in Law has a Real Estate Co in Crested Butte CO but he mostly does 2nd Hone/Skiing Home Type sales - Other than a Mountain Lake, not sure about the "Beach Scene" in CO Bro
