Mount Redoubt about to erupt?

I'm on the east side of the cook inlet in Ninilchik Alaska right now looking at this Volcano they say is about to erupt. I wish that cloud would go away at the top so I can get a better picture.

Are they saying it's going to erupt soon, or are you talking about the same chatter that's been going on for a while?

I grabbed a nice shot from the parking lot of the fisherman's dock in Nilnilchik (with the white lighthouse off to the northeast). There are lots of eagles flying along that part of the coast.

That is an awesome shot Jeff. Wow! I would love to have a copy of that picture and frame it for my house.

They raised the level back to orange on Sunday.
