Shop/storage place for rent.

I'm loosing my amazing shop space. And it sucks donkey balls.
I had it cost free for almost 2 years now. It's a corner of the warehouse here at my work and I used it to store my bikes and gear. Had a welder and a air compressor hooked up. Had a bike lift there and all my tools. Even a fork lift I used to lift the bikes up so that I could work on them with ease.
Just a sweet set up with a shit load of room, 24 hour access, heated and did I mention it, ABSOLUTELY FUKIN FREE.
Company I work for needs more office space and less warehouse space so they are moving the office and will outsource warehouse work to someone else. And since I really have no business on the warehouse end and will be in a whole different building I'm fuked.
Now for the really shitty part. I'm nowhere near finishing my '75 S1 project. And I have to bug Gus (Resurrection cycle) to finish his work in a hurry. And most likely will have to bother Jason (pilotx1) to help me more to. At least they are both real cool cats and willing to help me out.
And to top it off I got 2 more project lined up already. FUK.
So what I need is a few square feet to rent from someone. A place that I could use to store and work on my bikes. Commercial kind of space priced for a poor man.
I live by Wrigley field and have no garage. Most storage places will run me a Benjamin a month and have limited access hours. Not to mention that I won't be able to work on my bikes there.
I also propose that if there is a few more guys living in the city. Who own multiple toys or who like to work on they own rides. And are willing to look in to possibility of co-renting a shop/storage place to call me. I looked around on the Craigslist and if we are to find a dozen of guys and divide the rent it will cost less than a cheapest storage per month.
So to recap. If anyone wants to make a couple extra bucks by letting me use a few feet of their shop few days a week. Or if there are any guys that might wanna co-rent a shop/storage place please let me know.
Also any other suggestions are very welcome.
Thanks.
