Bored How many helmets

Ok so I come home today and walk into my room and noticed i have one more spot open for another helmet. Well until tomorrow. So lets see which one is going to the firing range to take a few rounds

So with that said lets see your helmets and how many you have

10 on the shelf, 3 in the trailer.

A few of them have already served their purpose.

This is the retired helmot wall we just put up a couple weeks ago.

Current helmets are not included (2 dirt bike helmets and 3 street/race). There's also the helmet covered in dirt and lung chunks and dried blood that creeped me out too much to have up in the living room.

We were going to do a modified coat rack in a corner somwhere, until on a trip down to IKEA to pick up some things we came up with this idea after finding these: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20099793 which are probably overkill, and were hinky since we had to do two drywall anchors and screws each, but they're perfect for this, and can be bent easily to adjust the position of the helmets (to even out different sizes and shell shapes) and are super sturdy. The PO's of our house had a bunch of stuff hanging in the same place and this covers about 50 nail holes they left there... and then the mirrors between are these: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30150818 and I'm in the process of painting them white - they're bare in the photo. Eventually this room will be painted turquoise.

That's Gigi - the 1991 900ss - in her retirement home.
I think 91 is the only year they did the white frame?

It's too bad she's dry and in the house, I miss the sound she makes.

91 was the only year for the white frame on the regular 900ss but I thought the 900ss superlight had white frames too, though I guess the pipes and tail are wrong to be a superlight.
