Isn't a construction zone $375 min and a must appear? That's gonna sting a bit. How is it not a mover?

Ride smart... stupid hurts.

Everyone crashes. Some get back on. Some don't. Some can't...

Godspeed 788!!! We miss you!

Slow the fuck down in construction zones! You are going to kill someone.

I came here to drink some beer and kick some ass. And it looks like we are all out of beer.

Ouch. If the photo van was there taking pictures, that means there must be workers on site too

Bunch of goddamn boyscouts in here preaching.

They call it a "construction zone" for miles and miles while they only work on a 100ft section at a time. 85 is pretty fast... but just the other day i'm cruisin down 94 south through that hell hole of "construction" and I was doing about 70-80mph.

I am not trying to preach as even I speed in the entire 88 construction zone. But 70-75 max. Way too many drastic changes in speed and off canter pavement.

Speaking as someone who's worn the reflective vest quite a bit, please slow it the heck down when workers are present...also when lane shifts and temp alignments are in place. Everyone speeds when the lane usage is set up normally but it still says it's a "construction zone"...but they really monitor in those places.

G'luck.

Yeah, I slow down in them, but I found that when I drive the required 45 in contruction zones with workers present, semis swerve around my car with 2 in of space to spare. Everyone wants you out of the way, there is no safe area to drive the speed limit when everyone else is doing 20 over it .

I was not speeding for the fuck of it, It was difficult to merge and this asshat semi was driving on the right side (when the sign says semi uses left lane). So I punched it to pass him to get onto the highway. I was not cruising entire way 85, but whatever, 85 is 85, I am not proud of it. Now you guys are telling me it is a moving violation, damn. It really makes me day.

Don't worry about it until you get a ticket. The exact same thing happened to me a few years ago. I had been driving 55 for miles because I wasn't in any hurry on that trip. A semi didn't see me and started to merge into my lane when I was right beside him, so I floored it to get out of his way. As soon as I got in front of the semi I looked up and there was the van with me holding the pedal to the floor. I let it ruin my day, and then I never heard anything about it.
