Help with paper trail

Was going to help sell this 1993 gsxr750

Well I'm (was) in the middle on this bike.I went to get it tonight and I'm thinking I'm going to keep this bike .

It has OEM paint and stickers ,blinkers and 100% unbelievable. The trouble is the owner filed bankruptcy and the bank 12 yrs ago never came and got the bike he has had it the whole time and it's a jem.

Heres the thing the bank note is $4200.I wonder if they would take an offer? This bike is so nice .IMHO it's a $5000 (ok 3500) bike.

Sorry but I don't think I'm going to give it up for racing just yet.

See nick at Auto Bahn it may be in his van.

Can any body offer some advice in the paper trail issues?

Gus

you can always get a frame and a title off ebay.

But I wouldn't know why one would want to do something like that. You know, have an extra frame.

I know someone who had to file Bankruptcy and the bank also never came to get the bike. They have since moved to Il an they are selling it to a friend and I believe it can be retitled to the new owner. Ill ask them tomorrow how they are going about it and post it back up

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

Depends on how 'on the up and up' you want to be about it.

For complete legit: For the paper trail, look up the VIN and see who has any claim of ownership against it. Deal with them and only them specifically.

Anything short of that, you use your own judgment on how much 'risk' you want to live with for the enjoyment.

Everyone Exaggerates

I would think the bank would probably accept just about any offer since they probably wrote it off awhile ago as bad debt

'93 gixxer750 is not worth 5k, it's not even worth 3.5k. Maybe 3k if you could find the right buyer, but 2k is more realistic.

Like I said in my first post 5k is a strech. I was just trying to make a point in the world of motorcycles I'm pretty hip to their values I see and servive 100's a year.

I've seen dozens of 90's gsxr's none as nice as this .These bikes have always had the worst owners it seems most are beat to death.

this is how to handle it , call the bank and tell them the bike was left for service 3 yrs ago and the owner dissapeared, you want them to come get it , tell them to bring a check for the storage fees at 15$ a day, they'll offer you the title for free if you agree to drop the storage fee
