another one (ducati dealership) bites the dust

Just heard that Power Motor Sports in Palatine dropped Ducati (or perhaps it was the other way around, hmm?) from it's sales lineup. Guess that means it's a trip south to MCC or a trip North to Corse now for warranty/service work

I went to that dealership a few weeks ago when I was new bike shopping. Was looking at the Aprilia's. The sales guy who I think was the owner was very cold and not welcoming at all. Took my cash elsewhere and bought something different.

I've gone in there from time to time, I've never gotten a warm fuzzy feeling from anyone in there. I had more fun playing with the dog than looking at anything they had. I feel if the sales person can't sell themself then they can't sell bikes either.

They are the worst dealer I have ever been in. They need a lot of work on their social skills.
