If you ever wandered away from the burbs and the city you would find some good twisties. It might not be like that map but they aren't too damn shabby.

I said burbs and the city you nerd. There is Mt Morris, Burlington, Union, Harmony, Galena, etc. Plus you can head up to Wisconsin for great day and weekend rides. Save the frontage roads and highway ramps for short weeknight rides and spend your weekends on real rides.

DAMN i wanted to move to AZ just for 365 riding weather.....but roads like that, 365 riding weather and close to the coast... DAMN im sold.

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

Ahhhh finally somebody that makes sense!

Ummmm let me see the trade off here......

Chicago:

7 months of SHIT! Sub Zero temps, Snow/Ice Storms, Cars Iced completely over that you need to Chizzle away at just to get into and 3 MONTHS of DECENT AT BEST weather with 100% humidity 6 out of 7 days a week of sticky grossness and a lake we can't even swim in cuz of it's SHIT CONTENT!

-OR-

ARIZONA:
3 Months of Severe Heat ranging from 115 to 120 (With evenings in the mid 80-90's with no sun which equates to some of the most pleasant conditions! Hmmm) And then 9 months of PERFECT LOW HUMIDITY summer temps! I'm pretty sure I'd be riding on CHRISTMAS DAY and not have a problem with it!

Ohhh did I mention that in 2/3rd's the time it takes to do a ABC Wisconsin run, I COULD BE IN L.A. OR SAN DIEGO!

::Time to start searching for work::

Hit these earlier today. 45 is an Amazing stretch. Great pavement, not too much gravel, very little traffic. I spent the latter part of the afternoon pretending I was John McGuinness.
