i know i can use the rj-45 to serial but the terminal is a db-25 so i need to know the part numbers for a db25 -> rj-45 AND db-9 to rj45.

since the terminals to server dont match pin for pin gatta figure out what pin does what so blackbox can make me a connector.

i am about to explode!!! 2.5 hours on the phone and the one guy that might be able to help me (MIGHT BE, dont even know if he can help me) is gone for the day.

go figure.

yup, you have to start by opening a service ticket. (that was 3 transfers to 3 differant ppl alone)

then they called me back, I explained my issue then they said they wouldnt know and a CE wouldnt be able to help, so they send me to one of there sister companys and thats where another 8 ppl steped in to the loop.
