Welcome New Member, Mateen

I'd like to introduce and welcome MATEEN to CLSB

I was his MSF Instructor. He took my class approximately 3 weeks ago and I can truly say, he was one of my BEST students ever!

G2G, Bfly and myself took Mateen and another one of my students(Amanda) out on the expressway for the first time last night. We went to Famous Freddies in Fox Lake. You would think that G2G and Bfly are the two main people you would NOT want a newbie around :-o but I can vouch that both of them behaved for 4 hours straight AND did the speed limit as we rode to and from our destination(freezing our asses off I might add). G2G even stayed on TWO wheels............well, until he and I were alone anyway! (heehee)

I believe Mateen did very well and got a few good pointers from the three of us. Mateen is going to be a great rider! (as long as he doesn't follow G2G and Bfly into an off-ramp HOT anymore) LOL

WELCOME MATEEN!!!!! :-)

LOL G2G and Bfly riding with some noobies? I think the only reason that occurred is because you put some women charm spell on them or something. It is kinda cool that some of the stronger riders are hanging out with newer riders...

Thanks Sunshine!! That was an amazing experience. The best part was following Bfly onto the 53 ramp and watching him disappear sideways.

I'm lookin forward to putting some miles on my machine this season.
I also wanna thank dub shih for convincing me to get a bike this summer!

Good times last night. A little fricken cold but oh well. It did take me a little getting use to riding at 55 mph the whole time. I figure the only way to keep myself at that speed was to stay in first gear the whole time. hahaha. But seriously we had a good time. Glad everything went smoothly and if Mateen and Amanda are that smooth after taking there MSF course the Riders Edge that I would not hesitate to send someone there. Now go turn thhose permits in and get licenses so u can ride when ever u want.
