If I was going to spend 2.3 mill it would be for something with more than 5,300 Sq Ft on 0.75 Acres. That's for sure.

Ok so 2.3 is a ton for that house and lot. This peaked my curiosity and for that kind of scratch you can get a lot more even in that neighborhood.

um. it was a location in one of the most popular teen movies ever. which means it's been documented and preserved on film. which means that people will watch it and remember it for years to come. which means it is a part of motion picture history.

regardless of who the movie was marketed to, it's undeniably of the most recognizable movie houses from the 80s.

Historic homes traditionally have to be a minimum of 100 years old. You don't have to be historic to be part of history

By that same logic, anything that meant something to someone that happens to be recorded in some fashion is history? That is quite a wide universe....you guys are killing me with this nonsense

Well, yeah.

Anything that has happened is considered history, hence the definition of the word:

dat movie is historical.

And ferris buellers sister in non exact words

"WTF, my brother always gets his way, he always succeeds in everything. He gets a fawking 286 computer and I get a fawking FIERO"

I still want to do a group ride to all of the ferris bueller locations.

PS. reason why that house might not be historic, people have a tough time getting onto the property. I read, its hard to see and secluded.
