Ok I have a more serious question ... but it is definitely a hypothetical right now.

I want a Ducati Streetfighter at somepoint down the line ... but how do I know I'm ready for it (aside from financially ... which will take a few years)?

This season has taught me a lot about riding and life and I don't want to take the chances I did when I first bought this bike. I'm a very careful rider now (had a speed-streak) you could say. I don't think there is anyway I can justify having 150+ hp and 90+ lb/ft torque. But overall I just love the bike and the dry clutch ... pretty much everything about it. This is really just looking toward the future but yeah, how do I know I'm ready for such a beast?

If you can take your dream bike and kick it over and pick it back up, you are ready for it.

lol I'm sure physically I could pick it up. But I don't think I could allow myself to kick my dream-bike over ... I'd just start crying
