Mexico Extradition Laws - How Hard Are They?

If I just pack up and leave with the KTM (after sorting out BH of course) and leave EVERYTHING behind to go to Mexico and be a bum, how hard is it for creditors to come after me?????????

I am tired of the rat race - Where's my Snuggie?

Y bother with Mexico? Huge kidnappings going on right now. Maybe someplace like England. Health care is free too, and i believe it's only a few simple train rides and your in Spain. And nudie beaches there too. And besides. Latin females. Yum yum

...plus my gf was with me saying "omg slow down, slow down" and I was thinking "Lose annoying squalk box in passenger seat, afford more mods and have less weight in the car and on the back of the bike"...so i dumped her and I'm single again as usual...HERE KITTY KITTY!!!

I've had the same dream for a couple years now.

Sell everything I own, buy a 1 way ticket to an island, buy a few jetskis and open up a rental stand. Very minimal living in a small shack. Sounds like paradise to me.

Why Canada? Free health care also, BUT the winters there can be worse then here. But the scenery. Just insane.

Off the grid is off the grid, if you're willing to walk out of life and your credit rating no longer matters you could live anywhere. Just ask a homeless guy when he last heard from a creditor. Your real issue is a reentry plan.

Creditors fall in to two types.
Collateralized and Noncollateralized.

The ones that get you stuff if you don't pay, will come get "their" stuff.

The other ones. like Credit cards, won't do a thing.
They write off the bad debt, sell your account to a collection agency to get some of the money back.
Nobody ever gets sued by the CC companies.
In fact, if it was not for your credit score.. there really is no need to even pay CC companies.

Do us all a favor...
Send a post card when you get there!

I like you

They can have the Condo and the VW - I would sell the HD and DRZ for pocket $$ and keep the KTM - Sell of the Condo Possessions ie TV, Couch, Bike Gear, Mac, etc etc and make that traveling $$

This plan has wings
