Drinking Blood

I was thinking about this subject. A scholarly source once told me that if you drink a certain amount of human blood you'll throw up. Some time ago I used to do something like this more frequently, sexual/erotic/vampiric/latex/bondage/etc... reasons. at the moment it seemed pretty arousing and it has a certain taste...a special taste...Well, how many of you have drank human blood? Did you enjoy it?

and a bonus question... Does sunlight hurt you?

AHHHH the SUN!!!

Well, it's high in electrolytes, protein, glucose and iron...not so bad for you really. They was a rumor that the Japanesse used to drink Pharmaceuticla grade Albumin as a health drink. Albumin is a blood plasma derivative.

Thousands of liters of plasma come into my work every day.... and it smells like wet dog!

I use to zip it a touch back in some freaky shit I was into, do yourself a favor bro, drop the Goth habit, its destructive to your life and your body. If thats what your into?

Just trying to give some older advise, I don't even know if this applies or not.

but you can catch alot of shit now from drinking some fruit punch.

anyway, no on the blood drinking, at least not much.

Cherry, can't you extract albumin from chicken eggs?

I agree with Ken, too many blood born pathogens these days to play in that arena.

Actually i drink my own blood. Nothing like taking a pneaumatic test needle and a brass threaded/barbed fitting and a poly pneaumtic tubing piece and watch the blood flow from a nice arm vein into the mouth. If you actually suck on the tube instead of letting the heart pump the blood you can see your vein throbbing from the increased vacuum you supply. Its almost a dizzy effect you feel after a few minutes but that's when you know it's time to pull the needle. thats the downer part cause the dizzyness feels good! By the way this is all BS on my part but i do have a pretty good imagination huh? Its dangerous now a days to even play with someone elses blood.

Dangerous to play with someone elses blood? Hell yes. I have seen countless warning materials for jobs and from EMT friends that talk about the blood born pathegins. That is some very very sick shit. No way no how.

No offence jenova but you really need to seek some counseling or stop doing that shit. Not safe. Best of luck.

I've seen enough of my own and other peoples blood. I don't need to see more, thank you very much. FYI, just three words to keep in mind when you get thirsty, blood bourne pathogens. Try some V8. I hear it tastes great. If you must have blood, there is a Polish soup called charnina (sp?) made from duck blood. Mmmmmmmm.

Where do you get this blood? I thought all that blood that I was donating was going to hospitals for transusions. I didn't know it was going to vampires. Damn... But I do like to give blood and then stand up really fast. WEEEE!!

I drank blood for 42 minutes straight a few years back. For what it's worth, I heaved like a mofo when it was all over. (kicked in the face in a soccer game - rubbed some dirt on it and played the second half gagging a steady supply of my own blood) Doing it voluntarily? No thanks, I'll get my kicks elsewhere.

FYI I have a stellar collection of early 80's Industrial and Progressive music if you need some dinner music (you'll need a tapedeck though)

I used to be able to shotgun a 12 oz beer in 3-1/2 seconds using the pocketknife method. Does that count?

Man, does that bring back memories. I can't believe it now, but I used to do that as someone would count, one...two.. Now I'm lucky if I can drink a couple in a night without getting hungover. I must have purified my body too much.

Yep! We'd get three of us with Old Milwaukee and carve a little triangle at the base then someone would shout, "Go!" and then count out loud. Good times!

Sorry, getting off topic a bit.

Atta boy. I love this. I played soccer for 13 years and it was always a sport that people thought was a pussy sport. I have had my nose broken during a game, seen a guy break his ankle another break his arm, yet another break his cheek bone, another colar bone and last but not least someone break a shin. It was great when i played. Miss it too much. Gotta give props though, hockey and soccer players keep coming back into the game regardless of injury so above is a perfect example of soccer players competitiveness.

Well, if you go to a Polish restaurant, there is an item called czarnina, which is duck blood soup. It is not 100% blood, but there is a small amount in it. But normally the plum or other fruit that is in it will sweeten it to drown out any blood taste. I only tried it once.

nope dont have a harley, wont get one either, when i do its gonna be a TOTAL custom chopper.

even then, i probably wont ride with any harley guys, just myself bad ass self, with my flam cap and glasses, go tee waving in the air, giving any rocket a run for the money in the turns, my chopper will have some lean angle built into it, to take turns close to a rocket, (maybe depends on how poser i wannt get with the rear tire) but it will mostly for causing some fucken NOISE! and looking as bad ass as i am...lol

ok flame away at me....hahahaha

The blood is used as a thickening agent that also adds flavor. In classic French cooking blood is used quite extensively. I like the idea of cooking with blood, but it is really hard to get it good and fresh, I have tried.
