Avatar Resizing Help Please

Can someone please crop and resize this pic to take out some of the wasted background space and make it small enough for avatar usage? All I have is Paint and Paint sucks .

You got that right . Actually somehow i didn't feel near as beat up after a long day on the R1 as I did on the FZR. Doesn't make any sense, but I'm not complaining . Now I have to take a better picture without the saddlebags on it or my beautiful yellow garage behind it .
